If your product arrived damaged, incorrect, or just not up to expectations, email us at info@gsplantfoods.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a short note about the issue—photos are welcome if it helps us see what went wrong.

In most cases, we won’t ask you to dig up the product and send it back—we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Every situation is different, but our roots are planted firmly in fairness and transparency.

If a return is needed, we’ll give you simple instructions. We typically ask that:
